Iam updating my review to appreciate the fast reaction from AutoDS to solve my problem..
In less than one hour after my review i have received SMS and Email from Dorina (AutoDS Quality Control Manager) promising me to fix the problem within one day one day and next day morning on 14th of june 2023.. I received sms from Dorina saying that the rest of refund has been processed..Iam really appreciate her fast action to fix the problem and make the clients happy..Thanks alot
On 22 of May i start the free trial to discover your app because a new starter in dropshipping and i surprised on 5 of Jun you charged me 368.70$ without a single notice and without i even use your app to find products..i still even didn’t complete my website or sale any thing and i when I contact your customer service they refund a part of my money and they deducted 15% from the amount to pay for shopify..why i should i pay 15% for something i didn’t use…very bad experience but iam contacting shopify and i will check online what is the legal procedures i can take it against them because its not logic to lose even 1 cent for something i didn’t use
