Simple Bundles & Kits

It handles everything we've needed with our non-standard kit and bundle configurations. There's only one issue on the Shopify side we aren't in love with dealing with the discount codes showing up (only on the admin side - they have solutions for everything customer-facing), but the expected 2.0 release looks like it will take care of that as well. Once that goes away, we're good to go.
