Amazing support team and incredible app. It allows a lot of flexibility and a ton of variants which is needed with my apparel business!

This is hands down the best bundle app available for converting existing variants into bundles of active or unlisted products. I am now using this app for two stores and it works beautifully. The best part is that I can use variants within a product to create the bundles for other variants. This allowed me to avoid having to create brand new products and create a mess of my store. The support staff has been especially helpful. They reply promptly and follow-up multiple times to make sure all my questions are addressed thoroughly.

we sell cartons and single unit items, but due to a backend issue we can't sync both, as such we use this app to artificially create our cartons from the single unit stock. The app has been great for this purpose and is fairly easy to setup and get going and no issues with stock syncing between the 2.
Support has also been quite helpful in answering questions around the original setup.

The app is great and does what it says on the tin, perfect for stores wanting to create more complex bundles using products with a large number of SKUs - really helped us create our new mix & match product line of Kimonos.

I'd also like to thank George M, one of the technical team who helped us amazingly with a slight issue caused by a conflicting wholesale app we use. He was thorough and consistent with his help, really went the extra mile to find out what was causing the bug & now everything works perfectly. This app allows us to easily provide customized bundle options for our customers. Simple Bundles also has amazing customer service that actually helps you solve issues and debug problems that may occur.

Once you get the hang of it, this app is amazing! I'm not marking it down as I think it's very intuitive, I just need a little bit of hand holding sometimes! The customer support team have been incredible. Now that I have lots of bundles set up, I'm excited to see how this supports my sales, but it's already an absolute game changer in terms of tracking my inventory.

Wonderful App, takes out so much manual labor on applying discounts & inventory. We are a furniture store; so for bedroom sets compromised of individual items, its so much easier to hit one item, and the inventory adjusts for all items . SO much simpler for discounts auto applied and removing the items from our inventory. It is also great to see live stock if for example a certain piece on a modular sectional is not on hand, I can see what configurations I am able to build vs what I am missing, making orders easier or to answer customers stock questions right away. I can easily see what piece I don't have and what to order. This separates stores that stay stuck with the ones that can scale/grow operations. Customer service is very responsible at all hours .

I'm a big fan of this app. It helped me enable a really particular product assortment while keeping my inventory accurate. The support experience is some of the best I've had—super quick responses and it feels like they're actually invested in resolving any issues you may have. It's refreshing in a world of AI chatbots and Big Tech slop.
