It works very well and have many different options to customize your bundles. The support team is very nice and helpful and repplies very fast to your queries. Highly recommended!

Downloaded the app a while ago so I could play with it for a bit before taking my website live. I tried to get a customizable bundle where the customer could select 10 product options. when it didn't work and started substituting different products in at checkout I contacted support. Like most they offered to go in and fix it. Not only did they not fix the issue, they told me what I did wrong and how I should have set it up...........only problem is I didn't set it up the way they told me I did, it was setup the way they told me it should have been. In the end they deleted the complete inventory for one of my products.

Also every time I tried to email them back my emails were blocked from sending to them making communication horrendous.

100% DO NOT recommend.

Edit: Yes they did "Try" to assist, by trying to tell me I set it up wrong. As stated it was setup the way they were instructing me it needed to be setup. They offered to correct it and I allowed them, it was at this time they deleted one of my products complete inventory. And still didn't correct the issue.

Great Bundling app. We've tried several but Simple Bundles and Kits as the best by far.
The support is great too, whenever we have had a question or query it is answered promptly and with all the relevant information required.

Great app. I have a pretty simple use case with just one simple bundle, but it works well. Support is excellent. Responded quickly to my question and very helpful.

Great bundle app! Only issue is we uninstalled it and was still charged for the upcoming month, may just be a mistake. We have contacted support.
Other than that, highly recommend the app! Works so well :)

Thanks for letting us know! We've already processed the refund. 😄 To clarify, app charges are associated with the start of your Shopify billing cycle, so some app charges may still appear on your following bill even after you uninstall the app.

This app has been excellent for simplifying our fulfilment process when it comes to bundles. Our model has some complexity, drop-shipping across several suppliers in a single bundle, but the service and technical teams have been really proactive and supportive in helping us get the ideal configuration that works with our theme and our model. Highly recommend!

I thought creating bundles would be super hard to do, but this app made it so easy for me. And when I did have a little issue, team member Stella responded quickly to my question. I thought I'd end up with the issue unresolved for a day or two, but I received an email within about an hour. And she instantly sent over ways to troubleshoot the issue and was ready to jump on and help. Problem was solved quickly. And she made sure to follow-up and answer any additional questions. Nothing beats a team that jumps on a problem quickly knowing it can affect the sales on your website.

Shadia was extra helpful and tried to guide me through a complicated problem of incorrect pictures assigning to the variances. She run extra mile to see the settings herself and provided a detailed advise of how to approach the problem with Shopify. Moreover she helped me with the tedious task of assigning products to the variances as she understood how frustrating it must have been for me when systems don't work as expected. Very easy to set up and use, and performs exactly as promised. When I ran into a problem support was great. I left a modestly detailed description of my issue and in no time got back a thorough response. Despite us being on the free plan at the time, It was clear that Stella B had read my problem and researched what we had already done. She vectored right in on the problem and provided clear steps to fix it. Problem solved in no time and everything is working really well.

Update 2 months later. I know I gave this five stars two months ago, but I wish I could give it even more. Shortly after launch we ran into some problems, the fault of our template rather than Simple Bundles, but their support team stuck with me through it all to find a solution. They showed amazing patience and responsiveness. Fantastic customer service, which I could not recommend more highly
