I've only just installed the app and have started creating the custom pricing and product visibility rules - but so far I'm loving it. The reason I'm giving it 5 stars already, is because I've had many questions during the install and setup process, and the customer support (Alex) has been instant and absolutely fantastic. This is always a crapshoot when you have 3rd party apps installed on your store, and it's so good to see this level of service right out of the gate. I will update my review once our theme has gone live and we see how it has improved our functionality.
