Omnisend has been so amazing in all of their customer service aspects. Every single time I have reached out, and it's been many, they have responded with quick and efficient answers. They have gone above and beyond for me, furthering research aspects to give me a full understanding of what I am trying to accomplish or have questions on. Karine has been amazing and extremely thorough in all of her answers and assistance. I am very grateful for their entire team.
