We’ve been with Omnisend for over five years now, and honestly, it’s become such a core part of how we grow. Every time I reach out to support, I feel genuinely taken care of. I’ve tried plenty of email platforms over the years, and Omnisend is the one that lets me breathe a little easier. Segmentation, design, and analytics all just feel simple, intuitive, and stress-free in a way I didn’t know was possible.

Tried every email tool out there... Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Attentive, Privy... YOU NAME IT! Nothing comes close to Omnisend. Hands down the best in my opinion.

I'm saving about 30% off the cost of what my Klaviyo bill would be too!

If I could give them no stars I would.

Was charged for 3 months on November 5th, 2025, come December 3rd--I cannot send any emails due to an undisclosed error (saving failed, try again). Contacted Omnisend and was gaslit that it was somehow my fault even with trying on two different laptops, three different browsers, and two mobile phones that were not connected to the same wifi network.

Support refuses to refund me even though their policy states they will "consider a refund" under specific circumstances: "A customer cannot use the features over the period they have paid for due to a system malfunction and unexpected issues caused by it.".

I paid for three months and used less than one. I'm still being charged for the other two months even with uninstalling and closing my account with this company due to this negligent behavior on their part.

Don't be me, find a better company to use to manage your email list!

Based on our investigation, we were not able to reproduce the issue on our side, nor did we receive similar reports from other customers, which leads us to believe this may have been an isolated case. Omnisend has been a good choice for my new brand. I used Klaviyo for a previous brand and I wasn't a fan of the interface or prices. Klaviyo ghosted me once I signed up for their service so that was the last straw for me.
Omnisend support has been responsive and helpful. It's pretty easy to set up emails and forms like spin the wheel email capture forms.

Had an issue with subscribers in an atypical situation. I explained to Mathias why it was happening. They were amazing in letting me know why it happened and gave me suggestions to prevent the issue from arising again. Great service!

Omnisend has been a breeze and a huge breath of fresh air since we started to use it.

We come from Klaviyo, and now we regret spending so much time, energy, lost nights and even money (although the money is the least important part) with Klaviyo, which is an outdated, clunky, and nearly impossible to use app (due to it's counterintuitiveness).

But, in a way, I don't regret trying Klaviyo because now I know that I haven't missed anything by moving away from Klaviyo. So, if you're unsure, if you see most people online recommending Klaviyo, I say go for it, try it for yourselves for a couple of months, and then try Omnisend.
- and I say this as a marketing manager working in marketing for nearly 20 years now.

Klaviyo may be marginally more powerful in a few aspects, specifically, some extra segmentation features, and some extra flow logics and triggers/hooks - but these extra things are so marginal that you'll probably never use them unless you're some sort of a large corporate brand selling over multiple markets/countries, and coming up with some unnecessarily complicated campaign logics.

Omnisend can do 90-95% of all that already, and they're improving every day.

As a store and business owner, you'll spend most of your time in the marketing platform. If that's not a pleasure to work with, then you'll curse yours days. Omnisend will make you love your job again - that nice and easy and straightforward is to work with it.

Omnisend's customer service is top. Always available within minutes, and always knowleadgeable and helpful. Klaviyo, literally, has no customer service (despite claiming they're the more advanced solution, and charging a higher premium for their service) other than 24 hour email - and most of the times they just give you basic/generic links to their help files, or just outright tell you they can't help you and that you need to hire your own developer or whatever - unnaceptable.

Not to mention that Omnisend is fairly more affordable, and offers a much better deal on SMS plans too.

I had some issues with my sender profiles and DNS and the Omnisend team were brilliant. They guided me through the fix quickly and in simple terms and were able to reassure me that everything was working as expected once the fix was in place. Really enjoying the tool as a whole and building automations couldn't be easier.

Beran is a legend. He happily walked me through the changes needed instead of just forcing me to read the articles.

To be honest one of the reasons I was reluctant to move from Klavyio to Omnisend was the difference in the support level. But this helped us finalise our decision.
