Omnisend is a great email platform, but not without its convoluted processes and cumbersome automation triggers. I experienced some reps that made me wait 10+ minutes between responses and questions.

Customer service agents, Olesia and Deniz, are gems. They helped me navigate several challenges. They were adept in Omnisend, helpful and supportive, ensuring all my questions were answered and my issues resolved. They helped me overcome a significant hurdle that will positively impact our email marketing efforts. They are the reason I did not cancel the service.

The app has been very easy to get up and running and collecting emails on my website. I had one minor tech issue verifying my domain name. The support team got to back to me very quickly and we had the issue resolved in no time. Many thanks to Kamilia and Andres for helping me out.
Omnisend has been a great tool for doing all of my email marketing campaigns and I love all of the reports. It's so easy to use that I just upgraded my plan. I did stumble with an issue, but Customer Service Rep Andrés provided great insight and helped me solve it! Grateful for the chat feature and how quickly he was able to help me with the problem.

I've been really disappointed. I switched because it seemed like a great option for my small business, but the bugs they've had this week meant that I couldn't announce my shop's grand opening, I couldn't send out my two year anniversary celebration email, and I'm waiting to send out emails to customers for our soft launch! The workaround they gave me hasn't worked either. When it worked, it was great, but it's crazy to have these issues several days in a row when we rely so heavily on email marketing.
