Like others have stated, seems like WordPress users get all the support and help but this app literally doesn't even work (permissions aren't set properly from the app side) so this is useless the moment you install it. Come on Niche Pursuits, you guys can do better than this. Why throw something up when it doesn't even work? Simply unacceptable and a waste of time.
That's fair, and I want to address it directly: when this was posted, our Shopify app was in rougher shape than it had any right to be for users who came to us through Niche Pursuits or any other channel.
Since this review was posted, we've shipped multiple updates specifically addressing the loading and stability issues that were causing the blank screen problem users experienced. The app is in significantly better shape now — and Shopify internal linking is a real priority for us, not an afterthought.
