Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

My first day using the app after trying Klaviyo. I left Klaviyo because subscribers were getting an "Unexpected Error Occurred" message and I could not fix it or get support because they do not offer live chat support as far as I could tell.
Heard about Omnisend from YouTube, so I thought I'd give it a try. Everything was so easy to set up and worked from the first time. I needed help with something minor and Agustin responded to my question in under two minutes. Issue was clarified very quickly and we are up and running. I am well impressed, thank you.
