I spoke to Mig, and she helped me with an issue that I've had for some time and not been bothered to ask for help, mistake number 1, after asking about the issue Mig took me through various processes to try to fix the issue, after trying another browser provider this seemed to clear the issue I was initially having.

I then went on to ask about the EcomSend Pop-up-app and how it wasn't activating on my account, After about 10 minutes of trying to activate the app, Mig mentioned the save button in the top right-hand corner after enabling the app, I was left red-faced but happy to get all the issues I was having sorted.

Mig was overall friendly and professional, Thank you Mig, you deserve a pay rise :-)
