Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

The app has worked great for me with no issues in the year I have used it. Easy to set up and manage - I started with the free plan but soon wanted the added features so I upgraded a few months ago. I would recommend this app for any shop selling digital products.

UPDATE July 2025 - I've been so impressed with Filemonk—especially the customer service. I recently reached out to ask about a feature that would allow me to sell both digital and physical items without auto-fulfilling physical orders. Hassan went above and beyond! Not only did he clearly explain how to enable the feature, but he also created a test order and sent me detailed screenshots to walk me through the process. The communication was excellent, and the support was truly next level. This feature alone kept me as a customer—huge thanks to Hassan and the team!
