Shithouse app never does what is advertised, I have waited for a native model and this is only about pricing for them. I'm sick of waiting for them to make a solution that actually works.
Hey there! I’m sorry you had this experience. We’ve since rebuilt the app into a completely new version that is far more reliable and actually delivers on what merchants expect. This includes faster document generation, much deeper customization using HTML or our visual editor, and a significantly improved core system.
The version you were using was from before we acquired the app. It had unfortunately not been maintained properly, which led to many of the issues and delays you experienced.
We now have a dedicated engineering team and much faster, hands-on support.
If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate the chance to make this right and show you how the new version performs. :)
