We had an issue with an order that was edited by the app due to a shopify API that was triggered when the cutomer paid via Paypal, and even though it was very hard for us to understand the issue and resolve it, they were so prompt to help us and do the necessary to resolve the issue within 24h. So we highly recommend this app :)
