I would like to let everyone know that my agent, Joseph, was spectacular. As soon as I started the chatbox for help, he was right there every step of the way and made sure that my set-up was a success. The process went very smoothly thanks to his help. But I also would like to know that Joseph is an exceptional human being. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. These are invaluable traits that one does not always come by, especially when dealing with customer service. But Joseph has these gifts and more. Whoever hired Joseph deserves a promotion because Joseph is the best asset that any company would be fortunate to have on their team. In fact, Joseph too, deserves a promotion. If the world had more Josephs around, we would all surely be in a better place.
As for QuickSync, you can already guess that I would highly recommend this product. I am not a tech guru. I tried to integrate everything myself. When it comes to tech-y things, I can usually figure some things out. Since I couldn't figure out my integration issues, I was lucky enough to find this product, which saved me hours of frustration. I am grateful to QuickSync and especially Joseph.
