Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Paulo from Okendo was fantastic - he gave a fast response and answered our query with great customer service. We had a query regarding the use of coupons as review rewards. When I tried the test review, we received 5 emails after reviewing each product. Paulo confirmed that orders are produced per order, not per product reviewed. We're very excited to launch our business with Okendo as our trusted review partner and are very impressed with their integration with Google Shopping, which I can't find offered with many other Shopify integrations on the app store. We feel this will be a great asset to our marketing campaigns and look forward to receiving customer feedback through reviews on our own website!
