I scheduled an onboarding call and was helped by Emilia. She was very helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was able to set up and measure my website funnel, heat maps, scroll maps, and surveys. Unfortunately, the tool is limited if you don't have Shopify Plus which allows you to track checkout page user interactions.

While you need Shopify Plus to see checkout interactions, we offer preloaded checkout events for all users that let you follow how visitors made it through the checkout, such as who filled out their contact information but left before completing the payment information. You can also trigger surveys, announcements and chat invites based on these events to help save the sale.
