Excellent help and service! I contacted because I thought my synching was in error. The agent was very friendly and helpful and basically told me here is the issue for next time but we will take care of it for you. He then proceeded to just fix was essentially my mistake, sync my site, and sent me an email saying it was ready. No hassle, fast, responsive, took care of me. What else could I ask for?
