We have been an Instant Search customer from the moment we moved to Shopify! We chose them because we could EASILY track revenue associated with search (Analytics Search Impact Report) AND we could control the search results shown based upon current promotions or popularity. This alone made it very easy for us to justify the ROI for what is basically the ultimate eCommerce on-site search functionality.
The depth of the reporting tools is second to none and easily accessible within the Dashboard. Want to see what gets added to the cart, removed from the cart and added back to cart? No problem, it's all there. They are constantly innovating and developing the Search platform and of course, the support is fantastic and greatly appreciated from the team!
