I've had this app for a long time now and it has improved dramatically over time. For the price point it's a great app and if you have appstle subcription it's really the best solution for loyalty because it integrates. My subscribers are my VIP customer so for them to have a friction free experience using their loyalty points within the subscription hub is very important. The customer service from the team is excellent. They are always available, you get a real human, not a bot, and they'll help you with anything at any time.

We understand the importance of a seamless integration with Klaviyo and are continuously working to enhance this. However, we are already supporting the custom properties and email variables that you requested initially for the Klaviyo integration. We confirmed it in our response on June 27, 2024.
