The app works well, but the subscription billing does not. If you downgrade your subscription level, it takes effect immediately, even if you have paid for the whole month

Hi there,

Thank you for your review. I understand and respect your concern. In Shopify, when you cancel a subscription, it immediately takes effect and cancels the subscription due to the billing cycle. Unfortunately, we don't have control over this.
However, I understand your concern, and we are now manually providing you with the remaining subscription limit that you paid for.
