I was initially critical of the system regarding how they count sessions, however I have to commend the customer service for getting in touch and doing all they can to alleviate my concerns and I am now a subscriber to the app. So credit to them for that.
I am still not a fan of the AI responses, as clever as it is (Very clever!) it lacks the human touch required when someone doesn't understand the subject in detail.
The app itself in my opinion is the best out there in terms of function vs simplicity, it is also a reasonable price.
I look forward to continuing to use the app.
Hello! We differentiate the pricing based on sessions, but the main statistics we provide are search statistics. Your screenshot showed ~2,4k sessions for the last 7 days so we can first assume that your monthly sessions exceed our Basic 1's plan that allows up to 5,000 sessions, but we will be more than happy to confirm this with you. :)
