The support is professional, friendly and really interested in finding a solution. The UI for the support is also very practical and it's easy to share video and images to explain the issue at hand in order to obtain a fast resolution.

As for the app itself, the orders print out so much better than without it. They even have a barcode added to the invoice so your customer can easily see their detailed invoice online.
