GLO Color Swatch & Bundles

I downloaded and paid for this app a while ago and had set up a sample product without any issue. But the project was put on hold for a few months so when I got back to adding the images and using the app, I had forgotten how to do it. The little chat box was in the right hand corner of the app so I thought I’d try it. To my surprise someone responded in seconds! They gave me some instructions and asked me to report back on if it worked. I was still having trouble and before I had a chance to even click on the chat box again, the customer service rep was asking me if I was able to do it. When I couldn’t, they got access with my permission to the store and helped me along. Everything seems to be working great and I really appreciate support like that especially when we’re paying for the app.
