Stephane Fattizzo did a GREAT job resolving our issue with delivery rates and was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive!

Stephane was very thorough in explaining how to resolve my issue and why the approach I had intended to take would not work as expected. She also resolved a related display issue we've been having.
