Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Okendo has been a great solution for capturing reviews for our company, and their support team is very helpful! I recently was having trouble figuring out how to code a dynamic review block in a Klaviyo email flow, and Shiela patiently helped me find a solution.

She took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish and where I was running into issues. And when it wasn't an easy answer, she worked with their tech team to come up with a solution. I appreciated her following through until we had a satisfactory solution!
