The app is relatively straightforward to use and has most features you need, but it's constantly being updated with new features! The best part, though, is the chat support if you need assistance. Of all the chat supports I've had to use (in terms of other Shopify apps), they're definitely the quickest, most responsive, and most reliable at any hour of the day. Certain things could use improvement like with the email template customizations, but it's negligible since I use another app for my emails anyway and Appstle works with the app I use.
