Hana and Raymond were so helpful today. I spoke to Hana at length as I'm new to the app and had various questions since this is my first time launching and rewards and loyalty program. I had over 10 questions and each were answered and explained so efficiently, meanwhile Raymond was working in the background to help customise my program.
