Hana was such a pleasure to work with. She helped us set up a really simple and seamless way for customers to redeem their points, and also took the time to troubleshoot a few specific settings on our site.

Joy is a great app, really intuitive and flexible, and it has been a lovely addition to our store.

Hana was super friendly, easy to chat to, and clearly knew all the technical details inside out. She explained everything in a way that made sense and got things sorted quickly.

We've been using Joy for over a year now. It's user-friendly and easy to use + the helpdesk is always there in case you have a quick question or issue about customer points. Their rep Hana was very helpful and quick to answer my concern about overlapping buttons on our website :) Easy fix when you have the right type of help!

Joy app is good for loaylty program and bonus points, but you have to understand that it's more concentarted on small and medium size business. Joy less suitable for big companies.

Support team is very helpful. They answer fast and solve any issue, especially Sonny

I had an amazing experience with the Joy Loyalty app, but what really made the difference was the support especially Hana.

From helping me understand the referral flow, to guiding me through testing in sandbox mode, fixing issues with discount codes, checking integrations with Mailchimp, and even assisting with custom CSS to clean up the widget she went way above and beyond.

What I really appreciated is that she didn’t just give generic answers. She actually understood what I was trying to build (referral-only setup, French market, clean UX) and helped me execute it properly step by step.

Fast responses, very patient, super clear explanations, and genuinely proactive support.

Hana, you are amazing thank you again for all the help

I’ve had an exceptional experience thus far with Joy Loyalty. They went above and beyond to help set up my loyalty program with their 24/7 support they make any adjustments and tweaks to your loyalty program instantly.

When searching for a loyalty program I was between Smile or Joy and inevitably went with Joy because of their great customer service.

Daniel helped with onboarding and figuring out exactly what my loyalty program needs.
Rosie has most recently helped me with my troubleshooting needs.
