We just switched to Joy Loyalty and so far it's been great! The price for what you get is exceptional. Some things on setup can be a bit confusing, but the customer service team has been very helpful. So far, I'd highly recommend.
We were brand new to setting up a loyalty app, Hana walked us through exactly how to set up and configure for our pet business. We're going to be using this to take our business from mostly one-off transactions at live events to our goal of building long-term customers!
Really solid and good support, had an issue and within 3 minutes Sonny not only solved it but also applied the solution to all present customer accounts. Really impressed about this level of service, recommended. Apart from support the App is also really good value for money and offers everything what you need, also in a "lower cost plan" so you dont have to spend tons of money right from the start. After trying a few other loyalty apps, I’m glad I switched to Joy. It offers all the essential features needed to run a professional rewards program without being overly complicated or expensive. The dashboard is intuitive, and I didn't need any coding knowledge to get it customized to match my brand's look. It works perfectly and doesn't slow down my site at all. Great app!
