We are very happy with the Joy app. Everything works exactly as we needed and the setup was smooth and intuitive. The features are well thought out and fit perfectly with our Shopify store.

What really stands out is the customer support. Hana was absolutely amazing, very responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. She guided us through everything step by step and made the whole experience stress-free.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable app with excellent support behind it.

Original Review Nov 16th: (updated below)
I spent $1000 USD on a joke. the customer service is nice enough and tries, but what kind of system can't even calculate the number of members in a membership tier correctly and the search bar for the customer list page doesn't even work. Seriously, I don't even know what to say.

I'm willing to change my review if things get fixed but i'm honestly just so frutrasted right now by the amount of time I've wasted on getting basic things done here.

Nov 24 - Update:
After 2 weeks of back and forth with the team, the majority of issues have been fixed.
I did hope for an easier onboarding process though, it might have saved everyone a bit of grief, but I 100% want to acknowledge to how responsive the team was and did try to be helpful, and for that we are definitely appreciate of.

We just launched the programme last week so we'll see how things go.

The Joy Rewards Avada team has been incredibly friendly and approachable since the start of our journey with them. They’re available around the clock, so you can always reach someone on live chat whenever you need assistance.
While there are a few setups not yet available in the app, I’m confident they’ll consider these improvements moving forward.

We've been searching for a tool that can effectively boost customer loyalty and repeat purchase rates, and Joy perfectly meets our needs. Its points reward system has greatly motivated customer spending and engagement behavior. The backend data dashboard is very intuitive, clearly showing the conversions and revenue it has brought us. Compared to the value it delivers, the pricing is extremely reasonable. The customer support team responds quickly and resolves issues professionally. If you're still hesitating, I can say this is one of the best investments we've made on Shopify. Daniel, in particular, has been an excellent partner to work with—whenever I have any questions, he always follows up patiently and in great detail.

We have been using Joy Loyalty for a few years now. It is not only feature rich but increadibly easy to adapt to our business.
The support from the team has been incredible, special shout out to Hana for assisting with some integration issues I was having.

Great loyalty and rewards app. Hana was amazing in helping create a page and a widget for our store for our customers to easily access their loyalty rewards. overall a lovely and easy experience.

i installed this app in my shopify store few months back after tested more than 4 loyalty apps. Really it have great funcions very satisfied perfeormance. Normally the previous used apps are manual reedem options like convert to coupon and withdraw. I found some apps that having mutomatic function to setup reedem for particular product or direct checkout reward but they are huge price or sales percentage based commision. But joy loyalty program satisfied my requirements with fixed cost efficient way. The support team also more faster responsive.
