Tiana was super helpful in getting our new theme's Loyalty Point page all set-up! I was having trouble with being able to add the blocks and she quickly got them in there and was very kind. Love this app.

Follow-up: I needed help again, shocker! lol! Hana was so kind and quick with providing some custom coding to make the widget work on my page. Thank you so much!

easy to set up. didnt really needed any help with the information they had. customer support was 24/7, so its good if any issue arise. Thanks cs, mia for the fast checks and resolution.

A Huge Thank You to Hana and William of the Joy Loyalty Program!

From the get-go, they impressed me with their professionalism. They were attentive, understood my requests patiently, and most importantly, understood what I was trying to achieve.

Now, my situation wasn't exactly straightforward, and it took some time to untangle everything. But Hana and William? Not a single sign of frustration. They were the picture of calm and patience, asking all the right questions to get a clear understanding. They never rushed me, and that made all the difference.

In the end, their dedication paid off in a big way! They were able to solve my issue completely, and I walked away with exactly what I wanted. Talk about a win-win!

Hana and William, you are true assets to the Joy loyalty program. Keep up the fantastic work! You both deserve a raise (and maybe a spa day – you earned it!)

Overall great app. Customer service is quick, responsive and personable (thanks, Prakash!)

Sometimes the POS integration is a bit buggy, but Shopify makes so many updates I imagine it's hard to keep things running smoothly. Love their new analytics, it seems like this team is working very hard to expand the app's capabilities.

One of their support team “Audrey” is very responsive and genuinely helpful to addressing my issues. Overall, this app has exceeded my expectations in both performance and service. I had some difficulty at first getting things set up and working properly, but the team at Avada contacted me and helped me get it done right. I am just starting to test the app and all it's functions now, but hope it runs smoothly from here and helps build my customer base. Thank you

This app has a lot of features, so it takes some time to go through everything. It's pretty easy to use though.

I couldn't figure out why my Klaviyo API key wasn't working, but Judy and the team were patient and helpfully shared a guide that shows how to create a private API key. (I was using my public key and didn't notice the link to the guide before because I was rushing, doh!)

Anyway, I'm using the free version for now. Some features are limited, but the subscription rates are pretty reasonable. I'll stick with the free until I grow my business more.
