Hana was such a pleasure to work with. She helped us set up a really simple and seamless way for customers to redeem their points, and also took the time to troubleshoot a few specific settings on our site.

I have had so much frustration with this app, things are constantly broken everywhere, support not fixing the right things, they would randomly change how my discounts works, resulting in high amount of unexpected orders with redicious discounts, and the amount of blame-shifting is unbearable, instead of fixing the issue, they blame you for the mistake.
On the bright side this app does have the most comprehensive features based on what I researched compared to other loyalty apps.

We've been using Joy for over a year now. It's user-friendly and easy to use + the helpdesk is always there in case you have a quick question or issue about customer points. Joy app is good for loaylty program and bonus points, but you have to understand that it's more concentarted on small and medium size business. Joy less suitable for big companies.
Support team is very helpful. They answer fast and solve any issue, especially Sonny
They provide a great service and are very prompt on their responses. Sonny and Cody were very proactive in helping me resolve some technical issues, we recently switched over from Smile and we have ZERO regrets

I had an amazing experience with the Joy Loyalty app, but what really made the difference was the support especially Hana.
From helping me understand the referral flow, to guiding me through testing in sandbox mode, fixing issues with discount codes, checking integrations with Mailchimp, and even assisting with custom CSS to clean up the widget she went way above and beyond.
What I really appreciated is that she didn’t just give generic answers. She actually understood what I was trying to build (referral-only setup, French market, clean UX) and helped me execute it properly step by step.
