Absolutely thrilled with the support Audrey and Hana provided for our Loyalty Point page setup! They were incredibly responsive and patient, even when I struggled with adding the blocks. Audrey jumped in right away, added the necessary elements, and was so kind throughout the process. The app itself is fantastic and so easy to use.

And as it turned out, I needed some extra help later on (of course!). Audrey and Hana didn’t miss a beat—they were quick, accommodating, and went above and beyond with some custom coding to make sure the widget functioned perfectly on my page. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional support!

Since I'm new to the app I cannot speak to it's function yet - however if the app is as good as the customer service I got from HANA I expect great things. Usually when service is that good then everything else is too so I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Joy Loyalty

Apps work well and easy, unfortunately the e mail notification to inform the points expire is not working and we are waiting now for 1.5 yrs. It seems not to be apriorty.

The support chat function works really well,
Tania was really helpfull today changing the widget to the basic one again.

Regarding the email notification for points expiration, we understand your concern and truly appreciate your patience. We're happy to inform you that we've integrated this feature with Shopify Flow. This allows you to send reminders to customers when their loyalty points are about to expire, encouraging them to redeem their points before the deadline. easy to set up. didnt really needed any help with the information they had. customer support was 24/7, so its good if any issue arise. Thanks cs, mia for the fast checks and resolution.

Pretty easy to setup, especially if you have some familiarity with code. Didn't love the design of the loyalty page out of the box, but again, I was able to customize it exactly as I needed ('cause I know Liquid, HTML, CSS, etc.)

What you get in the free tier is pretty substantial. Definitely enough to get you up and running with rewards. We'll be upgrading to the second tier account type soon.

Their support team is quick and great.

Overall great app. Customer service is quick, responsive and personable (thanks, Prakash!)

Sometimes the POS integration is a bit buggy, but Shopify makes so many updates I imagine it's hard to keep things running smoothly. Love their new analytics, it seems like this team is working very hard to expand the app's capabilities.
