HIGHLY recommend! I'm on the paid plan because I wanted to do VIP tiers, and boy! They do not disappoint at Avada, and I could go on about how helpful the team is every. single. time! They're all so sweet! I've been helped by Jasmine and Alicia more than once, and they're the kindest and most patient people I could have had answering my silly little questions and solving my silly little problems! HIGHLY. RECOMMEND.

Prakash was extremely helpful and friendly. He even laid out the steps to fixing a few things I thought I had to do on the app verses in my theme editor for that page. He helped me set it up and guided me after I had so many questions. Thank you again Prakash even after I thought we were done and I had more questions you still helped answer them!

Installed the app and had some quick quistions about it. Alyssa had all the answers and even helped with a little coding while the technical team wasn't available at that time.
The app is easy to use en flexibel enough to implement all idea's you have about Loyalty.

Great app with very nice features to bad we are not big enough to upgrade to an higher subscription to use even more features.

It's an excellent rewards application. It would be ideal to have the option to exclude customers from the program based on their tags, instead of doing it individually.

By upgrading, you’ll gain access to this feature, allowing you to exclude customers automatically based on their tags, streamlining your rewards program.

Additionally, the Rule engine feature will enable you to reward points based on a variety of customizable conditions, such as customer segments, order details, email domains, countries, and more. This flexibility can help you tailor your loyalty program to meet your business goals effectively.
