Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We've been using Okendo Reviews for over 2 years and have been using the Loyalty program for at least 6 months. Everything works well, has great integration with Shopify and support is very good. The support side is getting better. Seems that as new features are launched, the support team (sometimes) seems a little behind. But nothing has impeded the user experience for our customers. It's not cheap, but the return is well worth it.

Adding in an additional comment. Thumbs up to Henry Thompson (Customer Support) ran us thru some additional tools and really great tweaks to Klaviyo that will enhance our review and loyalty program.
