It would be even better if you could choose your own advertising account and your own MCC account.

Hi, the dropdowns when you onboard should show your existing accounts. If you don't see them, make sure the user you logged into the app with is also an Admin user on those Google Accounts you want to connect. Then you will see existing accounts in the selection process.
