The app performed well during Q4, with solid sales driven by Google Ads. However, we’re now encountering issues where Google Ads prompts us to "Set up a Google tag," even though everything was previously configured correctly. Additionally, the app is now flagged as "unsupported by Shopify," which is impacting our business operations. Please address these issues promptly, as they are affecting performance.

Hi! "Unsupported by Shopify" is an old warning and has no impact on your shop. This banner was cleaned up before any impacts to any stores took place and will clear out shortly. There were some inherent changes to how conversions and tagging are accomplished across Shopify's websites, and the app has updated to meet those new restrictions, which is why you may see messaging to update your current tag methodology before it stops working.

It was working fine until recently; my purchase conversion stopped tracking. GTM is not showing up on the post-purchase page.

I am also receiving an email to connect my Google account and Google Ads account, even though everything was already set up.

Additionally, there are no Google account and Google Ads account to connect. The app only has Google Merchant Center and Google Business Account available.**

Once setup, very easy to use. The customer service help from Google on getting setup was actually amazing. Usually, contacting anyone from Google is difficult, timely, and confusing where the customer service rep Jmac (Google Merchant Center) was awesome.

App used to work well until Google changed all their reporting. Even had a call set up with Google (their support is from India) and everything went to shit. had hire a marketing agency to fix the shit from Google.

Hi, the dropdowns when you onboard should show your existing accounts. If you don't see them, make sure the user you logged into the app with is also an Admin user on those Google Accounts you want to connect. Then you will see existing accounts in the selection process.
