Aaron, Head of Customer Success here at NoFraud, tried giving you a call earlier to apologize on behalf of our team for a billing oversight, but it seems the number on file didn’t go through.
We noticed that you removed your integration with us on November 4th, but unfortunately, it looks like we didn’t disable your account in time for billing to be disabled. To make things right, we’ve already asked our Accounting Team to issue a refund for the recent invoice payment and ensured your account is now fully disabled. We'll confirm when the refund itself is processed.
