Hands down the best fraud detection software that I've tried. They have saved me from the chargebacks that I was getting before. NoFraud is the most accurate app that I've used to date. The customer support is second to none, they are quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Victor and his team have found custom solutions for us for three major issues we faced that are not directly related to fraud. For example blocking PO's boxes and more. I've been using NoFraud for several years now. I have been using NoFraud for over a year on another platform and now that we are moving to Shopify, I am making sure we use it here as well. We used to research suspected fraud orders manually which is very time consuming and a bit risky. NoFraud does all that for us quickly and with a high acceptance rate (higher than other services we've tried). Customer service is always very responive as well. Finally, if you do a chargeback on an order they approve, they fight it for you and cover it! This app genuinely saves you time and money. Must have!

We have been using NO Fraud for about 2 years now and not a single chargeback since for fraud! No Fraud support is quick, attentive and when it flags an order that we know shouldnt be, its updated within 24hrs through their manual verification process.
