I recently started using the app, and it has been fantastic! I was able to create multiple listings with variations in just one day. Once you set up your option set, applying it to other listings is incredibly straightforward. I did encounter a minor issue at the start, but Anne, Charles, and Violette were incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly. The team is not only responsive but also very kind.
