Loop Returns & Exchanges

Loop helps us to provide an automated process for our customers to process returns, exchanges and warranties, without waiting for reps to be live. I love that Loops links seamlessly with Shopify and their 'Shop Now' feature prompts customers to increase their spend with us when exchanging for new products. We are also always assisted by our Loop rep when needed.

Also, Emma was very responsive and helpful. She quickly understood the ASN export issue and suggested narrowing the date range, which made sense given the data volume. Her communication was clear, professional, and friendly throughout. Overall, a smooth and positive support experience.
