Still just using the Free plan and extremely happy so far. My happiest moment came when I was researching a separate Spinning Wheel app and realized that Privy already included that feature - and still on the free plan no less.
Trek Light Gear is a national brand of ~15 years, but we still operate on a small biz budget and this is exactly the type of app & payment structure that there needs to be more of on Shopify. I know that as our sales volume and needs for fine-tuning the app grow I will be able to justify the software cost, but for now I'm getting exactly the functionality I need to continue growing our business without feeling like I'm being forced into a paid plan.
That's a great ecosystem for service providers and small biz owners to help each other be successful and the way I wish more apps in the marketplace structured themselves.
