We found this app very useful at first, but as of late our customers have been unable to add any bundles to their cart. Support hasn't been especially helpful, especially since they answer once a day, and even if you give them a detailed description of the problem, they don't seem to have a huge interest in resolving it unfortunately, the best we got was 'well it works on my end'.
We used them for probably a year or so with no problems, but due to bugs we will be heading elsewhere.
Hi there, first of all, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Secondly, I'm sorry that this is the experience you have had with Kitenzo and our Support team. On a broad scale, our support team is available Monday to Friday 9-5 GMT. We understand this doesn't suit everyone who uses the app, but we are based out of the UK. I can see the last ticket with us was around two months ago. We are going to investigate this and reach out to you with possible ways to resolve the issues you are having.
