Dan provided exceptional customer service. Polite, timely and helpful. I got my issue resolved quite quickly. Furthermore, my issue was a technical issue which is notorious for taking time. In my case, Dan escalated to the relevant team and that team resolved it quickly.
The app itself is good and does everything we need it to. I recommend it.
