Rivo is a great app at an affordable price. We had a hiccup in the past, but they sincerely took ownership of the problem and made it right. Don't pass on Rivo, your customers will thank you.

I love this app! I have tested pretty much all the loyalty apps available for Shopify, and this is by far the best. Even better is the awesome customer service. Jel was very helpful today and upgraded my account for free! Now that's service!

Using Rivo for a referrals progam and so far so good. Had some initial issues testing (due to their fraud detection tools I was unaware of), but was able to get some superb customer service from Jel on the support team. She was kind enough to provide a screen recording to validate that everything was working as expected. Looking forward to seeing this help drive loyalty with our customers and brand!

Great support and fast response times. Lot of good documentation, some of it does seem to be outdated for the old way that they did landing pages but overall easy to get setup.

Even though Rivo does not support Omnisend for email integrations, Jel was able to provide a work around solution, so I will give that a try. She was very kind.

For sure I dealt with Paul, he was great and responded right away and was very pleasant and great to work with . I hope everyone at least will try them out . They offer a free plan . So I recommend giving them a try
