I’d recommend this app because it’s very easy to navigate. Even for a novice like myself. I had a question and Pete FIXED EVERYTHING for me. He even gave me helpful suggestions for my website along with instructions to do it! He didn’t have to do that for me. But, he did. So grateful to have had some real help for the first time since I created this website.

The supporting team is excellent, very quick response and helpful. Especially shouting out for Jel. All the features are easy to use. And the app is with great value. I really like the idea of tiered loyalty programme. The only thing is I really want the feature that the customer could have discount on every order they make once they reach certain tier rather than one-time off discount. I'll be so happy to update my plan as long as this feature becomes available.

We've been looking for a Rewards and loyalty Program app for quite some time now. Rivo is the clear winner. Arianne was fantastic to chat with and answered any questions I had. Most importantly, she was attentive and kind. It's a win-win for us, as it shows us that the Rivo Team is about building a connection and relationship with all their customers, which aligns perfectly with our brand values.

New to Shopify and got an education about apps and what they really included. Looked at 6 different Loyalty Point Apps and Rivo was clearly the best. Not even a close call. Very versatile, easy to set up and great support. I was sold on the app but had a few questions about how I could offer the program that I wanted to set up. Contacted customer support (great chat feature) and got Pete. Great communicator, great recommendations and great response. Triple Awesome. No alternative recommendations. GO RIVO.

First time looking into reward programs & I landed with Jel from the Rivo Team - 5/5 STARS. Super helpful, very friendly and she knew what she was talking about! She alleviated all of my doubts as well as my concerns and even walked me through the setup. Don't go any further than Rivo, you won't find better service!
