Shiprocket is not for eCommerce Startups, as in the name of automation they will fleece you of, by charging overweight charges. Knowing the product only weigh 600gms, in the name of automation by courier partners they will overcharge you make money in hand with courier partners. No one will support you in fighting it out for you/startup. Go direct with courier companies.
It is now 5 months now in June 2025, still no resolution provided. COD amount is also not remitted.
We moved to another Delivery partner for last 4 months.
