Etsy Integration by QuickSync

I was struggling to install the app but I received help from Joseph. He was very polite and helpful. He answered all of my concerns and went beyond by making suggestions to facilitate even better use of the app. I have used several apps on Shopify before but I have never received this type of customer service.
