The App was a welcome surprise, and to date looks like it will be a permanent and well used feature within our store. Abbie assisted me with a couple of things, which was super smooth, and even offered a couple of other tips for things we hadn't picked up.
Overall App looks like it is certainly fit for function, and so far the experience and customer service experience has been exemplary.
