La aplicación está bien diseñada y es sencilla de configurar pero noto a faltar cosas. La primera es que no hay opción de cambiar las plantillas preconfiguradas a otro idioma que no sea el inglés. Esto hace que mis clientes que son hispanoparlantes reciban solicitudes por ejemplo de reseñas de productos con textos en Inglés.
Actualización 16/07/2025 : Por fin han añadido plantillas en Español, 5 estrellas merecidas, ahora si.
Hi Oscar - thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. At the moment Junip is only available in English, so some portions of the app aren't able to be fully translated. However, we do hope to support this in the future.
Regarding the integration you mentioned, Junip automatically adds structured data to your product pages that displays review rich snippets in Google search results, so no SEO integration is needed! I've also reached out via email to share some more details about how this works :)
