Junip has been a game changer for our business. Onboarding and setup was quick and easy, and the team was super helpful! The on site customizations and appearance is great for any Shopify theme. When we struggled to find a way to remove unhelpful reviews or reviews that a customer wanted taken down, Marcus quickly helped us resolve the issue. I would totally recommend Junip to anyone wanting an upgrade to their reviews software!

Junip has been a godsend! We got off a competitor's offering, in favor of Junip for 1/4th the cost. There are so many more features, the UI is a lot cleaner, it's super affordable, and the automations are top-notch! We have noticed a HUGE uptick in the volume of reviews we are receiving, and keeping everything under the 3rd party Junip platform has helped generate a lot of trust with current and potential customers on our site.

Malvina was amazing! She hopped in to help long before I had time to get frustrated with a help bot. She asked very good questions (didn't make me repeat everything I'd already gone through with the bot) and quickly determined what I was doing wrong - yes, it was all me! ;0) She straightened me out in short order.
