Junip has been a game changer for our business. Onboarding and setup was quick and easy, and the team was super helpful! The on site customizations and appearance is great for any Shopify theme. When we struggled to find a way to remove unhelpful reviews or reviews that a customer wanted taken down, Marcus quickly helped us resolve the issue. I would totally recommend Junip to anyone wanting an upgrade to their reviews software!

Beautiful and easy to use app. However, every time I try to open the Junip platform through Shopify, it slows down my browser to the point that it crashes and I have to force quit. Very frustrating at times.

There are so many more features, the UI is a lot cleaner, it's super affordable, and the automations are top-notch! I've tried a few other reviews apps after trying Junip for the first time a few months ago, and this is the best app for my needs! I like its simplicity, the good amount of customization, and also the fact that they recently added translations.
