Great customer focused team. Its a lightweight review platform with all of the essential features and no bloat that drives up costs. The team is great. We had a small feature request and they built and deployed it within a week. I was shocked.
Early days for us, but we recently moved from another review app to Junip, and are very happy thus far.
The UI is clear and there's plenty of functionality to keep one happy and, more importantly, one's customers happy.
Ease of use is outstanding. Incredibly intuitive. Knows what i want to do and makes it easy to set up. Loving it. Keep it awesome!
