He provided detailed answers to my questions, with screenshots, understood our needs perfectly, and provided high quality help in a fast time. Extremely impressed. And the app is designed in a very clean, organized, and intuitive way. Shashi helped get the Preorder functionality perfectly into my store for my use case, and I'm really excited to use it!
