The terminology and UI from this app could be improved a lot. On a weekly basis i have to contact them in order to understand certain functionalities like 'Order Sync'. Also their documentation is missing important information what makes it a lot harder to setup your store with Koongo. Overall not that happy and considering other apps instead of Koongo.

Our goal is to make it easier to manage product feeds, sync orders, and connect to multiple marketplaces. We appreciate your feedback and take it into account as we continuously improve the UI, clarify terminology, and expand our documentation to enhance the overall user experience.
